2. Orders and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
2.2
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other payment options made available during checkout.
2.3
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once the order is successfully placed.
2.4
Amayo reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
2.5
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations and orders. An additional COD handling charge may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
2.6
For orders placed using Cash on Delivery, Amayo may require an advance payment equivalent to 10% of the order value to confirm the order.
2.7
The 10% advance payment collected for Cash on Delivery orders is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, or failure to accept the shipment.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1
Amayo currently ships across India. Shipping availability may vary depending on courier service coverage.
3.2
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and courier partner operations.
3.3
Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
3.4
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Amayo shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
3.5
Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility for delivery are transferred to the designated courier partner until successful delivery.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
4.1
Amayo does not offer refunds on products purchased through our website.
4.2
We offer exchanges for eligible products in the event of a size-related issue, subject to product availability.
4.3
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
4.4
To be eligible for an exchange, products must be:

Free from stains, damage, or alterations

Returned with original tags and packaging intact
4.5
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. In the event the requested replacement size is unavailable, Amayo reserves the right to offer an alternative solution.
4.6
Any shipping, reverse pickup, courier, or logistics charges associated with an exchange request shall be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Amayo.
4.7
Products purchased from the Sale Collection are not eligible for exchange.
4.8
Products purchased from the Accessories Collection are not eligible for exchange.
4.9
Refunds will not be issued for exchanged products, returned products, cancelled orders after dispatch, refused deliveries, or non-accepted COD shipments.
4.10
The 10% advance payment collected for Cash on Delivery orders is non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
5.2
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, and device displays.
5.3
Minor variations in fabric texture, colour, and finish may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product measurements and sizing charts are provided as guides. Slight variations may occur during manufacturing.
